This 1-day course is ideal for smaller businesses looking for an introduction to first aid.

Successful participants will leave with a foundation of first aid skills enabling them to support full First Aid at Work trained staff.

4-Day course for those wanting to practice First aid at work.

This course is currently valid for 3 years.

Exploration Medicine. 

2 day intermediate course designed for group leaders working in remote areas. This course is recognised by all outdoors governing bodies e.g. MLTB, BCU, RYA etc. as well as exceeding the recommendations for the HSE recognised Appointed Person in the workplace.

Advanced Explorer.

5 Day advanced course carefully designed for groups travelling to remote areas.  This course exceeds the requirements for the HSE First Aid at Work Course.  This course is recognised by all outdoor NGBs.

First Aid for Canoeists.

This 2-Day First Aid course is HSE approved and recognised by the leading NGBs.  Forest Knights has designed its program of First Aid courses to teach the skills needed to treat the injuries most likely encountered by the canoeist.  As outdoor professionals we understand the unique environments paddlers encounter.
